Preparation and ready time: 10 mins
Ingredients
Whole Black pepper - 1 tbsp - Sabit Kali mirch
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp - Khusk dhania powder
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp - Kashmiri Laal mirch powder
Red chili powder - 1 and half tbsp - Laal mirch
Salt - 2 tbsp - Namak
Brown Sugar powder - 2 tbsp - Shakar
Whole Red Chilies (round peppers) - 7 Pcs - Gol - Choti Laal mirch sabit
Cloves - 6 pcs - Laung
Cinnamon - 1 piece - Daar Cheeni
Cumin - 2 tbsp - Zeera sabit
Red food color - 1 pinch - Laal rang khanai wala
Making
Preheat a pan and add Cumin in it . Saute cumin for 1 to 2 mins and after that add whole red chili, whole black pepper, cinnamon and cloves in it.
Saute other things for 2 mins and then add all these things in grinder and crush them in to powder form.
After that add crushed material in to remaining ingredients and mix them.
Your spices are ready and now you can marinate your chicken, mutton and beef with it. Enjoy.
