Suji Dosa | Semolina - Rava Dosa recipe by Mayelas Kitchen



Suji Dosa is one of the quickest Dosa recipe you can try. Our Suji Dosa is made without rice flour. It is crispy and really delicious. It will taste different than regular Indian dosa as we have added our Pakistani spices in to it. Try it to know the taste. Enjoy

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 5 mins

Ingredients

Semolina - Rava - 2 cups - Suji
Yogurt - 1 cup - Dahi
Tomato - 1 med piece - Tamatar
Green chili - 1 piece - Hari mirch
Onion - 1 small piece - Payaz
Salt - Half tea spoon - Namak
Red chili flakes - Half tea spoon - Dadar mirch
Water - Half glass - Pani
