Kachnar is summer special seasonal recipe which is really beneficial for your health. It contains Vitamin C and also helps you fight heat of summer. It cleans your blood, keeps pimples away from your skin and is beneficial for people with diabetes. You can try it without Mince if you are pure vegetarian.

Ingredients
Bauhinia Orchid tree flowers
Yogurt - 4 tbsp - Dahi
Onions - 2 pcs med size - Payaz
Green chili - 1 piece sliced - Hari Mirch
Tomatoes - 3 pcs - Tamatar
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp - Lehsan adrak paste
Mutton Mince - 1 kg - Qeema
Cooking oil - 125 ml - Tael
Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon - Laal mirch
Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon - Haldi Powder
Blend of spices - half tea spoon - Garam Masala
Salt - 1 and half table spoon - Namak
Ginger and Green chili for garnish.
