Every one loves Chicken white Korma. It is made in different variations. Today we are making Juicy, Creamy Chicken white korma. Which is quick to make and lite on stomach. Kids and Elders love its texture as it is juicy and soft.

Ingredients
Chicken - 2kg - Murgi
Fresh Cream - 1 cup - Taaza Malayi
Yogurt - 1 cup - Dahi
Milk - 1 cup - Dudh
Cooking oil - 200ml - Tael
Onions - 6 pcs sliced - Payaz
Ginger - 1 inch - Adrak
Green Chilies - 4 pcs sliced - Hari Mirch
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp - Lehsan Adrak Paste
Salt - 1 tbsp - Namak
Black Pepper powder - 1 tbsp - Kali Mirch Powder
Making
First step: Prepare gravy for chicken white korma.
Take a bowl and add fresh cream and milk in it, Stir/ Mix it well.
Then add yogurt in it and mix / stir with egg beater.
Second step: Prepare chicken white korma Masala.
Take a cooking pot and preheat oil in it.
Add Ginger garlic paste and try to make the garlic odorless. Do not turn it in to golden. Add sliced onions in it and keep it for 1 to 2 mins but do not let it get golden. After that add chicken in it and mix.
Now add salt and black pepper in it and mix it. After that cover the cooking pot with the lid and let the color of the chicken change.
Now after 3 mins add yogurt half cup in chicken and mix it. After that let it cook on medium flame without covering the lid. Yogurt will loose its water. We will cook the half cooked chicken in this water and Saute it very well and dry the water in the chicken
After 5 to 6 mins there will be no water in the cooking pot and you will see oil on the sides. Here add the mixture we prepared in the First step and mix it.
After mixing it cover the lid of the cooking pot and keep it on medium flame for 7 to 8 minutes. After that chicken will be soft and fully cooked. But we will dry the remaining water on high flame without covering the lid and make gravy thicker.
Now the chicken white korma is ready and you can garnish it with chilies and ginger. Enjoy.
